Ken Duncan, Chapter Secretary, has asked the board to consider some way to fund the compensation of assistant directors. “I would like to have you consider that we as the Board go to the chapter with the request that we collect an additional dollar from each member at every practice for the purpose of having a fund that we could use for the assistant Directors as recognition of their contribution to the Chapter's music program. I would think that it would be favored by our chorus if they really consider that Mike cannot always be there and we are lucky to have a number of qualified members who help out. In a way it would be a token of our gratitude for real talented assistance.”
